You have full control over data retention. Anonymize older records or permanently remove individual householder notes and visits directly from Settings with zero cloud residue.

Where are my ministry notes stored?
All core notes and records live strictly on your physical iPhone or Apple Watch. Return does not maintain developer servers, user accounts, or cloud databases. If you choose to use Return Supporter, sync uses your personal iCloud database, which is encrypted and accessible only to you.
Can anyone else read or collect what I write?
No. Return has no analytics, no third-party trackers, no advertisements, and no cloud AI models processing your notes. On-device intelligence and voice transcription run locally on your hardware, and raw dictation audio is immediately discarded after review.
What happens if I cancel Return Supporter?
Nothing is ever deleted or locked. Every note, person, and visit already saved on your devices remains intact and completely accessible. Sync simply stops between devices, and plain-text export remains available at all times.
Does Return work without an internet connection?
Yes. Return is designed offline-first. You can capture notes, review previous conversations, run ministry timers, and use compass-guided wayfinding to find saved doors even with zero cell service or Wi-Fi.
What Apple devices and OS versions are supported?
Return is built natively for iOS 26.2 or later and watchOS 26.0 or later, and is fully architected to work smoothly with upcoming iOS 27 releases.
How do I join or leave the TestFlight public beta?
The beta is free to install via Apple’s TestFlight app. You can join directly from our Beta guide and leave whenever you wish from within TestFlight.
